Built the Users & Identity Management platform from the ground up, unifying contributor identities across Git, Jira, AI coding tools, Slack, and LinearB into a single consolidated identity model, while driving the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices across the team.

  • Designed a multi-mode identity merge system supporting AI-driven automatic merges, event-driven email-based merges, and manual single and bulk merges through the UI.
  • Extended the Public API with token-based authentication, role and scope enforcement, and bulk Teams & Users endpoints, enabling enterprise customers to securely manage identity data at scale.
  • Optimized complex database queries by adding PostgreSQL trigram (pg_trgm) and GIN search indexes across users, accounts, and contributors, enabling fast fuzzy search at scale.
  • Improved platform reliability and scalability by eliminating Lambda, database, and transaction bottlenecks and introducing automated production failure monitoring.
  • Pioneered Claude Code adoption across engineering, contributing reusable AI skills for production log triage, data-sync auditing, integration health checks, and automated customer-ticket triage.

Led a cross-functional team of 3–5 full-stack developers, driving architecture, technical strategy, and delivery for LinearB's engineering analytics platform.

  • Architected enterprise-grade authentication infrastructure, including SSO/SAML federation and SCIM 2.0 provisioning across multiple identity providers.
  • Designed and delivered a role-based access control system: permission framework, access scopes, token-based authorization, data migration, and the team and group management APIs and UI behind it.
  • Designed a scalable OAuth-based integrations framework connecting the platform with the major source-control providers.
  • Owned technical solutions end to end, from architecture and system design through implementation and rollout, partnering closely with Product and QA.
