  • Built the Users & Identity Management platform from the ground up, unifying identities across Git, Jira, AI tools, Slack, and LinearB into one model.
  • Architected and implemented a scalable, event-driven identity merge platform with asynchronous processing, and extended the Public API with secure token-based authentication, enabling enterprise-scale identity management.
  • Hardened platform reliability by eliminating Lambda, database, and transaction bottlenecks; optimized complex queries with PostgreSQL trigram/GIN indexes.
  • Pioneered AI coding assistant adoption across engineering, building an MCP server and a spec-driven development pipeline.

  • Led a cross-functional team of 3–5 full-stack developers, driving architecture, technical strategy, and delivery for LinearB's engineering analytics platform.
  • Designed and implemented an enterprise-grade identity and access platform end to end, spanning authentication (SSO/SAML), authorization (RBAC), and automated user provisioning (SCIM 2.0).
