I've spent 16 years building software and more than 6 of them leading the people who build it. I'm equally at home owning a system's architecture end to end and growing the engineers who ship it.

Today I'm the Software Tech Leader at LinearB, where I built the Users & Identity Management platform from the ground up and led the team's adoption of AI-assisted engineering. Before that I led LinearB's full-stack team, the flagship product team at Blue dot, and a large-scale testing team at Mellanox.

Software Tech Leader Jan 2024 – present Tech lead

Built the Users & Identity Management platform from the ground up, unifying contributor identities across Git, Jira, AI coding tools, Slack, and LinearB into a single consolidated identity model, while driving the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices across the team.

  • Designed a multi-mode identity merge system supporting AI-driven automatic merges, event-driven email-based merges, and manual single and bulk merges through the UI.
  • Extended the Public API with token-based authentication, role and scope enforcement, and bulk Teams & Users endpoints, enabling enterprise customers to securely manage identity data at scale.
  • Redesigned the merge/unmerge architecture around stable internal user identifiers, preventing data-integrity issues during repeated operations.
  • Hardened the platform for large-scale reliability, resolving Lambda memory, timeout, and database transaction bottlenecks, and built a Serverless Framework plugin that provisions CloudWatch failure alarms with SNS and PagerDuty routing.
  • Pioneered Claude Code adoption across engineering, contributing reusable AI skills for production log triage, data-sync auditing, integration health checks, and automated customer-ticket triage.
  • Built a spec-driven development pipeline that turns Jira issues into engineering specifications, generates feature documentation from Jira and GitHub data, and produces end-to-end test plans that surface infrastructure risks before implementation.

Software Team Leader Apr 2022 – Jan 2024 Team lead

Led a cross-functional team of 3–5 full-stack developers, driving architecture, technical strategy, and delivery for LinearB's engineering analytics platform.

  • Architected enterprise-grade authentication infrastructure, including SSO/SAML federation and SCIM 2.0 provisioning across multiple identity providers.
  • Designed and delivered a role-based access control system: permission framework, access scopes, token-based authorization, data migration, and the team and group management APIs and UI behind it.
  • Designed a scalable OAuth-based integrations framework connecting the platform with the major source-control providers.
  • Led the design and delivery of a hierarchical team-structure engine, enabling nested organizational hierarchies with roll-up analytics and drill-down reporting across teams and sub-teams.
  • Owned technical solutions end to end, from architecture and system design through implementation and rollout, partnering closely with Product and QA.
  • Mentored engineers and drove engineering standards, raising code quality, design, and delivery practices across the team.
  • Introduced automated production exception alerting with real-time Slack notifications, improving visibility into production issues and speeding up resolution.
